Inventory Listings & Vehicle Information

All vehicle listings on our website are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, vehicle specifications, pricing, availability, and options are subject to change without notice. We do not warrant that any vehicle description, photograph, or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.

• Prices do not include tax, title, registration, or applicable fees unless explicitly stated
• All vehicles are subject to prior sale
• Mileage figures are accurate at time of listing but may change between updates
• Vehicle images may show optional equipment not included in the listed price

Purchases & Transactions

All vehicle purchases are subject to a final purchase agreement signed by both parties. No binding agreement exists until a signed purchase agreement is executed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to vehicle availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Deposits placed on vehicles are refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Cancellation terms will be specified in your purchase agreement. All transactions are processed in USD and subject to Oklahoma state sales tax where applicable.

Financing & Credit Applications

Financing is provided through third-party lenders. Approval is subject to credit qualification and lender terms. Alpha Auto Finders does not guarantee financing approval. Any pre-approval estimates provided are preliminary and non-binding.

By submitting a financing application, you authorize us to share your information with our lending partners for the purpose of obtaining credit approval. We work with multiple lenders to secure competitive rates for qualified buyers.

Trade-In & Sell Your Vehicle

Trade-in and vehicle purchase offers are subject to final inspection. Any offer provided online or via phone is an estimate only and may be adjusted based on in-person inspection of the vehicle's condition, mileage, history, and documentation.

• Trade-in offers are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated
• You must have clear title or payoff information to complete a trade-in or sale
• We reserve the right to decline any vehicle for any reason

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping services are arranged through third-party enclosed carriers. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Alpha Auto Finders is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Vehicle condition upon delivery is documented. Any damage claims must be noted on the carrier's bill of lading at time of delivery. All shipments include $1,000,000 cargo insurance coverage for your protection.

At-Home Detailing Services

Our at-home detailing services are performed by trained professionals at your specified location. Service pricing is based on vehicle size, condition, and selected package. Appointments are subject to availability within our service area.

• Customer must provide adequate space and access for detailing equipment
• Cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid a service fee
• Results may vary based on vehicle condition and paint history
• All detailing products used are professional-grade and vehicle-safe

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Alpha Auto Finders and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Auto Finders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific vehicle or service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Payne County, Oklahoma.
