Description
When Ford introduced the Ford Mustang in 1964 it became an instant hit. Throughout the decades’ Ford produced a staggering number of Mustangs, with a myriad of special editions of every sort and color. The Mustang is currently on its sixth iteration which began production in 2015. The Shelby GT500 variant of the sixth generation was produced from 2020 with a few dealers receiving a “Golden Ticket” Shelby GT500. The fact that this variant of the Shelby GT500 is limited has added even more value to the car and is highly sought after by collectors and enthusiasts.
Exterior and Interior
This 2020 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 Golden Ticket is dressed in a funky Grabber Lime color with painted over-the-top High Gloss Shadow Black dual racing stripes and a black-painted roof. What makes a Shelby GT500 Golden Ticket as such is the uber-rare Carbon Fiber Track Pack specification. This includes a GT4-inspired carbon fiber rear wing, carbon fiber splitters, and a set of 20” exposed carbon fiber wheels. The interior is done in ebony and white color scheme, with the Recaro seats, finished in leather with the Shelby snake logo stitched in a contrasting white. The instrument panel is decked out in exposed carbon fiber. The 3-spoke steering wheel is wrapped in Alcantara leather and has a dead-ahead marker in white, while the Shelby snake logo graces the center of this multifunctional steering wheel. A premium sound experience is provided with a set of 12 speaker B&O sound systems. Touchscreen navigation is standard along with blind-spot monitoring with cross-traffic alert. The seller reports that a wheel locking kit, black vehicle cover, and the Technology Package are on board and also that only 6 cars were made to these particular specifications in 2020.
